John Williams
Founded Ace in 2001 after working for Hobart, planned maintenance, Caterserve previous to that he worked for British Rail where he carried out his apprenticeship. Married with two adult children, his interests include scuba diving and mountain treks.

Chris Giordano
Started at a local catering company in Essex. Moved to Hobart where he gained the majority of qualifications over 16 years of service. He later join Ace as a partner and has helped the company to grow to the success it now is. He is a qualified electrical engineer as well as corgi registered. Chris is a keen sailor.

Phil Lee
Phil is a time served maintenance engineer, he has worked in the catering servicing industry for 8 years. He has been a member of the Ace team since 2005. His interests include football, horse racing and property renovation.

John Smith
John worked for Hobart for 19 years where he took numerous courses and became a very competent engineer. John joined the Ace family 2 years ago. Based in the south of Essex, he is a ardent music fan who attends Music festivals and gigs when he can.

Steve Bone
The newest member of the team, Steve has worked around the catering engineering world since leaving school. Our man in Suffolk worked for IEM and Hobart between 1996 and 2006 until joining us in at the start of 2007. A young man who enjoys seeing the world.

Catherine Baalham
Catherine is the newest member of the team joining in September. She has been working in accounts for various companies for 13 years and is a keen horse rider and animal lover.
